Telephone studies are conducted via our own in-house telephone studio using CATI (computer assisted telephone interviews). Our studio comprises 55 fully digitalized telephone workstations, which can be expanded if necessary.
Interviews can also be conducted internationally and in all common foreign languages via our hub.
Telephone interviews are used, for example, for representative surveys, company interviews with decision-makers or customer surveys. They are conducted exclusively or, on request, as part of the INTEGRAL Telebus, our multi-topic telephone survey.
