Quantitative face-to-face interviews

Personal quantitative ad-hoc projects can be carried out through our field department. INTEGRAL has 40 CAPI (computer assisted personal interviews) units.

Quantitative face-to-face studies are available locally, regionally and nationally in all common foreign languages. We handle personal sampling in studios, homes, businesses, on the street, at POS or at events.

Face-to-face interviews are mostly used when longer interviews are conducted, stimuli have to be presented or telephone surveys are not possible due to methodological considerations. Typical areas of application for quantitative personal interviews are, for example, product or concept tests, where it must be ensured that the materials presented cannot be further disseminated - something that cannot be ruled out in online surveys. Another typical area of application is visitor surveys directly at the event location.
