QUANTITATIVE PHONE INTERVIEWS

Our telephone surveys are done using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews). The automated filtering of the questionnaire as well as the administration of addresses and the quota management assure the highest quality.
A particular function of our CATI system enables changing the language within a survey and is used in international projects.

Our CATI-studio consists of 55 workstations with modern equipment.

For example phone interviews are used for representative surveys, business surveys among decision makers or customer surveys. The realisation is either exclusive or within the scope of the INTEGRAL Telebus if requested..
