TELEBUS

The INTEGRAL Telebus is a telephonic omnibus survey among the population and represents an attractive option for booking questions. Several companies place their questions in a Telebus and benefit from a fixed price per question. The insertion in the INTEGRAL Telebus is suitable for short questionnaires with a maximum length of 15 minutes.

Method and sample

We weekly carry out 500 interviews representative of the Austrian population aged 14+. The interviewed households are – preselected per provinces - randomly chosen. The target person is also randomly selected. Filling up quotas guarantees the structural similarity between sample and population.

Timing

The INTEGRAL Telebus always starts on Wednesday afternoon. We need the final questionnaire two days before the fieldwork starts. Depending on the number of questions results are available at the end of the next week. Subject to free space questions can be inserted anytime.

Reporting

The analyses include cross tables of all questions with relevant subsample definitions. Reports contain tables as well as a graphical summary.
